Isaac is a New Mexico native who is no stranger to service, being born and raised in Deming; Isaac graduated from Deming High School in 1992, while still a senior in high school Isaac enlisted in the United States Navy at age 17. After two years of faithful service and being honorably discharged, Isaac then moved to Las Cruces and attended New Mexico State University.

Isaac then continued his tradition of service by working for the Dona Ana County Sheriff's office as a Deputy with the District Court Security Division. After three years of service with the sheriff's office Isaac made the decision to start a career in real estate where Isaac's philosophy of service continues.
