| Tracey Pidge, a highly successful Las Cruces realtor, is the current winner of the Las Cruces Leadership 2008 Chamber of Commerce. In addition to that prestigious award, Tracey has held the International Diamond Society for Sales Production since 2005. She was the distinguished winner of the Rookie of the Year at Coldwell Banker of Las Cruces her first year in real estate which began in 2004; and from 2004 to the present time, Tracey has been the winner of the Top 10 Listing & Selling Agent & Overall Production for Coldwell Banker. Side by side with top sales in real estate in Las Cruces, Tracey has earned education excellence as a graduate from the Marston School of Real Estate in 1990 and the Academy of Real Estate in Las Cruces in 2003. She is also attended the University of Alaska in 2000 with a GPA of 3.5, a graduate from Coldwell Banker University in 2004, and earned an Associate of Business Occupations, Meritorious from New Mexico State University in 2007 . Tracey also offers extensive marketing and sales experience. She was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a large moving and storage company. As an active and productive member of various communities, Tracey understands and cares about the needs of families. She has served as the PTA President of Klatt Elementary and the Vice President of Membership from 1997-99 and increased the PTA membership by 40%. During that time, she also volunteered as a soccer coach for the Boys & Girls Club of Alaska and soccer coach of Gladys Wood Soccer Club. She has been active as chairperson for Multiple Sclerosis Fundraiser (2000), a member of the Board of Directors at Intervention Helpline, and carried a certification as an instructor of CPR, first aid, and physical fitness. She currently holds the office of Vice President of Membership for the Womans Council of Realtors and is the Team Leader for Team Advantage. |
